This 12 & Under Breaststroke Mastery Clinic is specifically designed for young competitive swimmers looking to build strong breaststroke fundamentals while developing confidence, efficiency, and race awareness. The clinic emphasizes age-appropriate technical instruction with clear, simple cues that swimmers can immediately apply in practice and meets.
This session will reinforce key breaststroke skills while introducing progressive concepts in a fun, focused, and supportive learning environment.
Clinic Focus Areas:
🧘♂️ Mobility & Activation Warm-Up – Dryland movements tailored for young swimmers to improve body awareness, coordination, and injury prevention.
