This Breaststroke Mastery Series Clinicย is a continuation of our previous session and is designed to build upon the technical foundations already introduced. The focus will shift toward higher-level refinement, race application, and consistency under speed, making it ideal for competitive swimmers committed to long-term breaststroke development.
Swimmers will dive deeper into advanced mechanics, timing, and efficiency while learning how to translate clean technique into race-day performance.
Clinic Focus Areas:
๐งโโ๏ธ Advanced Mobility & Activationย โ Progressed breaststroke-specific dryland to enhance range of motion, stability, and power transfer.
๐ Progressive Race & Technique Analysisย โ Review and refinement of previously covered skills with emphasis on efficiency, rhythm, and speed.
