About the event
Kick off your season with a deep dive into the most technical stroke in swimming—breaststroke. This clinic is designed to build race-ready technique from the ground up, focusing on efficiency, timing, and power to help athletes maximize speed and minimize resistance.
Olympic Trials finalist Hannah Bach will lead this session, guiding swimmers through the key fundamentals she relies on in elite-level racing. This session is limited to only 6 swimmers to ensure a highly individualized and impactful experience. Hannah will also be assisted by an OSU swimmer to provide additional attention to each participant. This specialized clinic will include:
A brief 5-minute introduction
20 minutes of breaststroke-specific mobility and activation routines for pre-race and practice use
20 minutes of video analysis using World Championship and Olympic footage to study technique and race strategy
Over 1 hour in-water practice to apply the skills learned
