Race Detail Fundamental: Crossover & Turn Transitions

This 90-minute clinic places a strong emphasis on mastering crossover turns—one of the most technically challenging and time-saving skills in racing. Led by Coach Hannah and an Ohio State swimmer, the session will also refine mobility, streamline efficiency, and cover breaststroke pullouts, open turns, and race starts.

With a 6-swimmer maximum and 2 coaches, each athlete will receive personalized technical instruction and detailed feedback throughout the session. The small-group environment ensures precise corrections and focused development to help swimmers move more smoothly and powerfully through every transition.
