Join us for an intensive breaststroke-focused clinic designed to elevate your technical skills and race performance. This session is ideal for competitive swimmers looking to refine their efficiency, power, and execution in every phase of the race.
Clinic Features:
🧘♀️ Mobility & Activation Warm-Up – Breaststroke-specific dryland session to prepare the body for optimal movement.
📊 Race Analysis – Detailed breakdown of each swimmer’s technique and performance components.
💦 In-Water Technical Session – Focused development of breaststroke mechanics, open turns, pullouts, and starts, led by Hannah Bach.
💬 Debrief Session – Review with swimmers and parents to discuss key takeaways and next steps for continued improvement.
